What is the Life Skills module?+
A proper curriculum beyond the syllabus — ethics, social & emotional learning, financial literacy, health & wellbeing and digital citizenship — story-led and age-appropriate.
Using the app
How does spaced revision work?+
Your child sets when a chapter should come back — guided by the spacing that works (day 1, 4, 10, 21) — and Prepdha reminds them on the day. The plan is theirs; we make sure they don't miss it.
Does my child have to study every day?+
No. Prepdha is fully self-paced — no daily targets to fall behind on. The only scheduled thing is the revision they planned themselves.
Can my child make notes in the app?+
Yes — highlight any line, drop a comment where the confusion is, or write notes from scratch. There's a built-in dictionary too, so an unknown word never stops the lesson.
What are the leaderboards for?+
A little healthy competition, pointed at coming back and keeping up revision — not at raw hours. Rewards and XP work the same way.
Dharani AI
What is Dharani?+
Prepdha's AI doubt solver. Ask a question in any subject and it explains the why— a worked, step-by-step answer pitched to your child's level, available 24/7.
Won't students use it to cheat?+
Dharani is built to explain, not to hand over homework answers. It walks through the reasoning and method, so the student still has to understand and apply it.
Is Dharani safe for children?+
Yes — it answers within age-appropriate guardrails and stays on academic topics. A study tool, not an open chatbot. No ads anywhere.

How do I cancel or get a refund?+

Safety & privacy
How is my child's data protected?+
Prepdha is built against India's DPDP Act 2023 — parental consent, defined retention periods and breach reporting. Our Privacy Policy, Children's Privacy Notice and Security Practices are published in the footer.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?+
No ads, ever, and nothing is dangled at your child inside the app. One subscription covers everything.
Can I raise a privacy concern?+
Yes — our Grievance Redressal policy explains how, and every request gets a named human response. Start from the contact page.
For schools
What's included in a school subscription?+
The full platform: teaching and learning for every classroom plus the complete ERP — admissions, student information, fees, transport, notifications, academics, staff and PTM scheduling. The ERP is included, not a module you buy later.
Do our parents pay separately?+
No — under a school subscription, students and parents get access as part of the school's plan.
Can you migrate our existing records?+
Yes — student records, fees and staff data. We run alongside your current setup until your office is ready to switch; there's no big-bang cutover.
How much training do teachers need?+
Very little — if a teacher can use WhatsApp, they can set a test in Prepdha. We run onboarding for staff, and the everyday flows take minutes to learn.
How is school pricing set?+
By student strength and the modules you take. The demo ends with a clear, per-student quote in writing.
